Girls’ Trip : Savannah + Tybee Island | Atlanta Wedding Photographers

I grew up traveling and have always had a strong desire to explore new places. There is nothing I love more than a good adventure! Jessica, Theary and I just got back from a girls’ weekend in Savannah and I’m still dreaming about our time together. We teamed up for a wedding on Tybee Island for a friend’s sister and were able to mix in a little work with play. That’s a win-win in my book! We laughed, shared silly stories, took lots of pictures and did a little sight-seeing while we were there. Women need time together and I’m so thankful we were able to sneak away for the weekend. Sometimes a break from our routine is the very thing our souls need. 

Our room over looked the Savannah River, which we LOVED. Peering out over the balcony was one of my favorite parts of the trip. While we were there, we visited a few different places in downtown Savannah. Our favorite stop was The Collins Quarter – a quaint little brunch spot that totally stole our hearts! Our waiter was just a doll! He loved that we were taking pictures and even let us sneak some shots of him. You guys have to try this place! Of course, we couldn’t leave town without doing a little shopping. The Paris Market was right up my alley and by far our favorite store. Their goods were a mixture of earthy elements and neutral decor. If I could, I would have bought everything in the store. We will definitely be going back!!

The girls and I have decided we will be doing this at least once a year. I can’t wait to explore the next town with these ladies!!  #seatforIII please 🙂
