Vinewood Plantation Wedding | Atlanta Wedding Photographer

Rebecca is such a beautiful soul and when she and Peter are together their love is radiant. It is obvious that Peter adores Rebecca just as much as she does him. The love that these two share is inspiring and I am honored they chose me to capture it.

Rebecca and Peter gathered their friends and family at Vinewood Plantation in Newnan, Georgia. Vinewood is a quick 30 minute drive south of Atlanta. They exchanged vows under the wedding tree and partied the night away in Vinewood’s notorious reception barn. Vinewood Plantation was the perfect backdrop for their boho inspired wedding. The venue recently won the award as one of the “Best Barns In The Americas” by The Venue Report. How neat is that?!

As some of you may know, I have been on the recent journey of exploring film photography (you can read about that here). Fine Art wedding photography is my passion so in an effort to advance my portfolio I have been incorporating film into my workflow this year. After a good year of practice I hope to fully incorporate film into my wedding collections. By doing so I plan to offer my clients timeless tangible heirlooms in the form of film photographs in 2017. So far I am loving the aesthetic that film is adding to my portfolio. I shot Rebecca and Peter’s wedding with film as well as digitally. Can you see the difference in my work? Can you tell which images are film and which were shot digitally? I am so thankful for clients who trust my creative efforts and allow me to grow. Without you I could not chase this dream.
