Tara + Jeremy | Boonehall Plantation Wedding

Boonehall Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina is a stunning backdrop for couples seeking a romantic southern wedding venue to host their guests. I have admired it’s character for years and was thrilled to finally capture a wedding there! It’s charm is inspiring and I was so honored Tara & Jeremy trusted me to document their marriage celebration in such a beautiful location. Did you know part of The Notebook was filmed there? I mean, how charming is that?!

Tara & Jeremy’s day was planned to perfection by Erin Altman of OOH! EVENTS. The color palette was inspired by a lovely palette of dusty blues, white and greenery. Their white and greenery bouquets as well as the tall reception centerpieces were created by OUT OF THE GARDEN. Monochromatic blue-on-blue letterpress stationery and table numbers gave the wedding design a subtle romantic touch. Don’t miss their hand-painted cake by DECLARE CAKES. It is a beauty and has been one of my favorites cakes to date!
