1. Where is the session? This year we will be hosting the event at 1814 Minix Rd. Sharpsburg, GA
2. When will we receive our images? Galleries will be delivered within 48 hours of the session date.
3. Can we buy prints from the gallery? Yes. All galleries are linked to Miller's Professional Lab and can be ordered straight from your gallery and delivered to your address.
4. What should we wear? Whatever you'd like! You can wear your fancy Christmas attire or Christmas pajamas. We want this experience to be unique to you and your style and welcome all looks.
5. Can I bring friends or cousins? Each session is for your immediate children only. If you would like a picture with cousins, grandchildren, family friends, or anyone outside of your immediate family, they will need to schedule their own session right before or after yours.
6. When and how do we pay? Payment in full is due at the time of your session? We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, check or credit card payment.
7. How early should I arrive? Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your session time. This will you give you time to park and get everyone out and ready for the session. Our Santa sessions are booked back-to-back. If you are late to your appointment, this will cut into your session time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will not move forward with your session and you will forfeit your appointment time.
8. Can I take pictures and videos during my session? We kindly ask that you don't. Cameras and video cameras are not allowed in shooting area. You are paying to have pictures of your kids professionally taken of them with Santa, we want you to enjoy the moment without having to look through a lens! This can also be a distraction to the kids and the photographer.
9. What if my child cries? Then your child cries! Let's be honest, some of the best photos with Santa are images with crying children. We never want to traumatize any child and will never try to force any child to interact with Santa or "sit on Santa's lap". We will work with every child and do our very best to capture images within the time frame given. 
10. Are there any other dates available? Not this year.
11. Can we order Christmas cards and prints somewhere else? Yes, all galleries include a copyright release.
12. Is the Santa pictured above the Santa for the sessions. YES!! Jingle Santa has been to 4 Santa Schools and has several years of experience working with children. He is absolutely wonderful and we are so honored to have him.
