Looking for the perfect summer treat for your next dinner party? This blackberry peach sangria is it!! I made if for some of my girlfriends at our last get together and they raved about how flavorful and refreshing it is. This recipe is quick and easy, only taking about 10 minutes to prepare. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 bottle of California Red Wine
2 Cans of peach soda
1 cup fresh Blackberries
5 fresh peaches
In a pitcher, mix together the wine, soda and sugar to taste (I used about 3 tablespoons). Stir the wine, peach soda and sugar mixture until you see that the sugar has dissolved. Peel and cube 4 peaches. Slice and crush the blackberries. Add the fruit to the wine + soda mixture. Once all the ingredients are added, stir and refrigerate. The longer it sits and has time for the flavors to marinate, the better it tastes! When serving, slice an unpeeled peach and a big ol’ ripe blackberry for a garnish and ENJOY!
